I have used this site and found the ppg codes to being a very nice match. My
local paint shop can mix up the regular auto paint an can also make custom
spray cans in non gloss and gloss. Just used them for my 67 4A white and it is
a perfect creamy white.

I recently purchased Signal Red paint from TCP Global. If you telephone and
speak with the salesperson they can mix Triumph colours from their database.

The web site is;

https://tcpglobal.com

Their phone number is 1-858-909-2110. All they needed was the name of the
colour and the make/year of the car.

They have several types of paint. I chose acrylic polyurethane my self
but you will need to know which one you want to use when you call them.

It is not cheap but no good automotive paint is.
