Install a thinner washer. Generally fixes that symptom. DP

It almost strikes be as if the drill hole is a little too far forwardâ?¦..????  
 Could that actually be the case?   I have no idea because I donâ??t know the 
precise shape and positioning of whatever it is on the selector that triggers 
the switch.
