If you are not after originality and just need something functional for
lifting the engine, I bought a few lifting tabs from A&A Manufacturing
several years ago and they have been extremely handy to have around for
miscellaneous tasks, and they are not too expensive:

I bought the 45 degree ones and just bolt them in a convenient place for
the lift and then take them off when done.
