Gene,
I have a couple or a few dozen TR3 wheels in my possession.  They were all =
bent or out of round or not true.  All of them, to different degrees of sev=
erity.  I think some can be straightened or trued.  Most have become hose h=
angers around my ranch.  They made really nice hose hangers, patina and all=
.  I use old wire wheels too.  They are not worth rebuilding or repairing. =
