If memory serves correctly, the fuel inertia switch to turn off the fuel pu=
mp in the boot in the event of emergency was positioned here. It was later =
moved to the engine bulkhead alongside the battery where a different switch=
was used. These were all light grey in colour and could be disabled/enable=
d by pressing the button on the bottom of the switch. Maybe this is where i=
t=E2=80=99s currently located on this particular car and is probably as a r=
esult of a warranty recall notice issued at the time. This switch actually =
proved to be a very useful anti-theft deterrent on all the fuel injected ca=
rs made by the company.

Can=E2=80=99t be sure, but hell, it was fifty years ago and I=E2=80=99ve lo=
ng since lost my file of Engineering Change bulletins / Service Rectificati=
on notes! =F0=9F=98=8A

Looks like an electrical part, maybe switch back cover.

I know there aren=E2=80=99t too many TR5s out there, but so many parts are =
the same as the TR250 or 6.

If anyone recognizes it, please let me know. Thanks!
