[TR] TR4A - First Breakdown Update

If the distributor car is not installed correctly it is possible for the 
rotor to hit one of the terminals thus breaking the rotor.

I have had problems with aftermarket caps being just a bit too small to 
sit square on the distributor.  A bit of easing with a dremel can cure this.
