[TR] TR2/3 windshield stanchion screws

Hello List:
Just got some new windshield stanchion screws to replace the missing 
ones in my '2. Just wondering on the order of the screws, as there is 
one short and two long on each side. What length of screw goes where? 
Have been warned about getting this right as the windshield could crack.
