Meguiars makes a product called Rubber and Vinyl Cleaner and conditioner (40)
that has worked well for me.

any hints on how
to preserve seats on a car that has sat for 20 years in a garage?  they are
plastic/vinyl.  seats appear to be in pretty good shape
