[TR] Switch Bezels - TR3

There are two types of switch bezels.  
a)      Wider/inverted half-V (sort of)
b)      Narrower/straight sides

They are apparently interchangeable and I made the mistake of storing
separate.
Which belongs on the various switches (or should they all be the same)
1)      Panel Rheostat
2)      Wiper (2-speed; same size as Panel Rheostat)
3)      Starter Button
4)      Heater
5)      Overdrive

6)      Headlamp switch is slightly different size and has bezel similar to
a) above.
