Carl,

IMHO: If your not going for concours originality and the price is the same I
would go with the stainless.  Longer lasting and no interior rust as time
goes by, the only trade-off in my mind would be that it is probably not as
shiny as the chrome.

A question for the collective wisdom of the list -

I am ready to buy a luggage rack for my TR3 project.   I have decided on the
type that attaches to the hinges rather than drilling holes.  The only
question is whether there is an advantage between stainless steel and chrome
(cost is the same).

Any and all comments or recommendations are welcomed.
