Hey, what can I say...except:
1. I like the anachronism and redundancy of a starting handle!
2. I drove a then-beater of a 12-year-old TR3A daily for several years,
especially in hot summers...and *never* had it overheat! (I did keep the
cooling system clean, including the block where all that crud tends to
accumulate.)
