Ask yourself whether you could replace your car for that 'stated' value, if
yes, you are probably OK. If not, you need to raise it to something more
reasonable. Only you (and perhaps Hagerty!) can make that call!!

My '71 Stag's insurance is up for renewal this Dec.  with Hagarty classic
insurance here in the US. The current agreed value of my Stag with them is
$8000.  My car is a good runner, not mint.  Should I ask them to increase
the agreed value?  Should this be done on an annual basis?
