| Subject: | [TR] hard to snap boot snaps |

Greetings... I have a NOS convertible top boot that has black plastic/nylon (?) female snaps (buttons). My '78 Spitfire has metal male snaps (sockets). The boot fits properly - ie, the snaps on the boot line up with the snaps on the body. I have great difficulty getting them to "snap" together! It takes way too much pressure to get join them. Any suggestions appreciated! Thanks. Harve NASS 79 === This list supported in part by The Vintage Triumph Register === http://www.vtr.org |
