I assume you mean P/N 106663 ? Have you tried TRF ? Their web site lists
them, and they are a reliable source (but I wasn't aware of any issues).

They are the same for both sizes of exhaust valves, the retainer area is
always 5/16" even when the rest of the stem is 3/8".
