I know I sent you a response to this question but I will repeat for the list.
Frank Fisher in Vernon Ca has made about a dozen or so. He put a few up on
ebay but may have some left. You can contact Frank at: FGFO1@aol.com.
The plates are made out of 1/4 " AL CNC machined. They fit perfect.
