Most automotive "vacuum test gauges" will also read fuel pump pressure. For
example :

You'll need to add a tee into the fuel line, preferably right at the carbs.
Your local auto supply house should have a gauge, tees and fuel line.

Permanently mounted gauges are also available, although less common.  If you
mount the gauge inside the cockpit, you should use a transducer designed for the
purpose, to avoid having a fuel line inside.
