Angelo, I am a believer in the synthetic oils. My initial
experience was ten years ago when I wanted to sell my '88
Thunderbird. The 302 valcetrain was getting pretty noisy. I
switched to synthetic and it quieted right down. I have run my
new T-bird on synthetic since it got 10,000 miles on it. I change
oil half as often as regular oil. Thus far 140,000 miles with no
problems.
