Depends on the ends. I took my power steering hoses to a hose house and they
cut the old hoses off complete with crimps and used compression type
connectors to connect the new hose. Looks awkward but you can't see the PS
hoses on a
TR8 anyway. But these had enough straight pipe on them to allow them to do
this. Other fittings do not.
