TR3A tie rod ends

Any sage advice regarding the replacement of tie rod ends. The outer tie rod 
end on passenger side seems to have some play when jacked up. I can rock the 
tie rod end by hand, which would seem a bit excessive?  TRF has these on sale. 
I thought to replace all, inner and outer, right/left. Or should I only 
replace the outer passenger side one that is suspect. Any advice appreciated.
