I would venture to suggest that balancing the driveshaft on ANY car is worth
the effort - it will smooth out vibrations, which in turn will make the
drive more enjoyable and will mean less wear and tear on driveline
components.

Subject: Balance Driveshaft ?

Hi Listers,
I'm contemplating getting a stock TR4 driveshaft 're-balanced' for approx.
$45.00.
Have others noticed if their shafts were altered by re-balancing (removed or

added weights)? Is this a worthwhile expenditure or is it overkill that will

not be noticed on these rugged sportscars?
