The fitting is available commercially ... or what I use is the hose &
fitting from my compression gauge. The fitting at the gauge end is a
standard 1/8" NPT so a 1/8 - 1/4 bushing from Home Depot lets me put an
air-line quick connect on it. Remove the Schrader valve from the spark plug
fitting and it's ready to go. (Don't forget to put the valve back
afterwards, or your compression gauge readings will be really low :)

There's no check valve in this setup, so you'll need to leave the air supply
connected while you work. That's good anyway, as otherwise it will leak
down past the rings. If your rings and valves are in good shape, you could
probably even use one of those 12v compressor things for the air source (but
I use my tired old Sanborn 110v compressor).
