With the crank all polished up, not requiring a grind. I am in a position of using NOS Mains std.bearings I have acquired, but for the big ends (rod) I have NOS 10thou, I cannot seem to locate any tri metal bearings from the usual suppliers. Should I have the journals reduced to match my NOS set, or is it better to leave well enough alone and go with the available bearings.
