Mine are visibly out of line though not by much -- maybe 1/16".  The H20 pump & 
dynamo pulleys could probably be brought out a bit with the introduction of a 
washer behind the pulley (notched for the keys) but bringing them in a bit 
would seem difficult invilving some machining on the backside of the pulley.  
Has never seemed to be a problem on mine though admittedly I keep the belts 
somewhat loose.
