First thanks again for all the advice on why the the bright light
warning light was out of sync with the bright lights.
As suggested I looked at the connection out behind the head lights &
sure enough the right one was connected backwards, but the left was
connected correctly. huh???
After more digging I found out that the plug for the headlight in the
left headlight housing had been wired backwards. When PO saw the
out-of-sync ops of the 2 headlights the he must of crossed the the
plugs on the right headlight & thus the out-of-sync high beam
indicator.
My struggle with the left turn signal continues, but that is a story
for another day.
