> Any explanation on why there's no grease fitting? Are any of these units > "permanently lubed"? Yes, many of the replacement pumps used permanently lubricated bearings, and had no provisions for a grease fitting. Some early ones still had the place in the casting for a grease zerk but with no hole drilled, but the later ones were a different casting that didn't even have a place. Randall |
