For all the listeners in the Central NY area, you can contribute to the
local food bank and do yourself some good by running in the annual "Run
for Hunger" race in Utica, NY 27 November. It is a 5K race.
Admission/registration is at least 2 cans of food. I believe it starts
around 9:00 AM. Call 315.735.5077 for details.
It is for a good cause and gives you an excuse to have an extra piece of
pie!
