Suggestion - Place a fictitious name at the beginning and end of your address
book. For example Aaaa@OAL.com and Zzzz@OAL.com. IF a virus has taken
command of your mailing list, the messages sent out to these fictitious entries
will be returned to you as undeliverable.
This suggestion will not in any way remove the virus from your computer, it
will however ALERT you to the fact that there is a virus within it.
