Hi Graham,
        I installed a Toyota Celica 5 speed in Casper (57 TR3), and
used Herman VanDenAkkers conversion kit, he has one for the TR6.
You can contact Herman at:
        661-242-1253 or handhvan@msn.com
Herman is located in Southern California. I am completely, totally
satisfied with his kit, the machining is perfect, it fits, works and
Herman supplies all the stuff need (except the transmission) for the
conversion.
I am pretty sure Herman will be at Triumphest in Riverside
with his Vendor display if you want to see what he has.

Good Luck
