Well, weather in the Northeast continues to be cloudy and wet. Not good
weather for Triumphs at all.
The good news, if you can call it that, is that despite the rain, I got
out and successfully finished the engine transplant on my 1995 Chevy
Lumina, which after 192,000 miles, decided to eat some metaliic object,
which broke into dozens of bits and ruined pistons and heads alike. I
managed to get an engine with just 15,000 miles on if for $325 on EBay,
spent a week in the wet putting it in, and now my secondary support
vehicle runs like new.
I even had to pick up the engine in the rain. Sigh.
