I can recommend a company called Totally Stainless 1-800-767-4781 for
hardware. They can provide most anything in metric and US, grade 2 and 5.
Eastwood sells a kit to re-blacken hardware. I have not used their kit, but
I have experience with similiar products from Burchwood Casey which work
well but are a lot of work. If it were me, I would spend the extra for
stainless, since it would be a one time cost.
