brake switch replacement

Hi list.  I will soon be replacing my hydraulic brake light switch (on my
TR3B) and I was wondering about the air it contains.  Should I submerge it in
brake fluid prior to installing it?  I know it is a small area but it will
still be compressable air and I would like to know what others have done.
