Hi, Glenn
Glad you seem to have got the problem sorted. As Graham Stretch said in one of
the posts, 90+% of PI problems are not PI system related - but mostly ignition
or other. Once the system is set up, it rarely goes 'off tune.' Don't know
what plugs you use but IMHO, the best on PI's are NGK. I use BP6ES because
they've always had excellent anti-fouling properties. What Graham also pointed
out is the critical need to ensure you keep the main fuel filter clean. A
cruddy tank will soon restrict flow through the media. I change my filter half
way through each summer Key thing here, is to keep the tank full if the car
is likely to be out of use for a while as unleaded (in the UK anyway) quickly
seems to lose its volatility.
