Shipping to the US from UK is quite easy using Royal Mail or Parcelforce
(Used to be one but now separate companies). Both have web sites with cost
ready reckoners. Google will bring up the URLs.

Forget UPS, Fedex or similar their prices are prohibitive.

Expect to pay about $1.60 per Kilo in weight. Cheapest is surface rate,
takes about 3 weeks. Cheapest airmail is called small packet rate. It is
amazing how big a small packet can be.
