All:

I have a '72 TR6 with overdrive whose differential has given up the
ghost.

Instead of the usual $800 rebuild, I'm thinking about installing a used
unit and limping along with that for a while.

Are all TR6 diffs the same?

And, having installed a different diff on the same prop shaft, what if
anything do I need to do to keep the old prop and the new diff in
harmony, as per balance?
