Thanks to everybody that replied so far. I think I wasn't clear about the
tabs.

I see the tabs that line up with the slots in the gage body and understand
you need to align the tabs with the slots to remove the bezel. Next to one
of the slots, there also appears to be a tab possibly from the back of the
bezel sticking up through a hole in the back of the gage body. It looks like
this must be moved somehow before the bezel can twist. Am I seeing this
correctly?
