It's been years, but the last time I had to deal with a stuck oil drain plug (Hi, John!), the final solution was to cross drill it and put a sacrificial pin punch through the hole. The extra length of the pin punch (pointed down) provided the required leverage (with suitable application of the BFH). By all means, use Teflon tape on the plugs.
