Why not? Worked for the Lotus. I was going to the national convention,
see, and the body work was not exactly ready for prime time. OK, there were
several different colors of paint, filler and fiberglass showing. So a case
of Krylon Glossy White later, and I was on the way to Lake Geneva. None of
that clear stuff, either. Just Glossy White all the way down. See
http://www.lotusowners.com/2002Meetings/LOG22/Set4/index1.htm If you like
any of the pretty pictures of better-looking (all of them) cars on my three
pages, I can send you high-res shots. The pan shots make great wallpaper,
since the backgrounds don't argue with your icons.

As far as the Triumph, I think I will stick with the paint that is on it.
It is not original, but it has an honest patina, and it surely looks more
"automotive" than the Krylon job.

And if you really want to see something ugly, check out the original silver
paint and custom rust on that Suburban.
