Plain text message to Majordomo@autox.team.net, subject doesn't matter, body
of message contains one line :

unsubscribe triumphs

or

unsubscribe triumphs-digest

if you're on the digest.  If your mailer automatically adds a signature,
then the next line should have :

end

on it.
