Subject: pulling a flywheel?

So I'm about to install a new pilot bushing in the GT6 but the old
one isn't cooperative about coming out. It gets hung up on the lip
of the flywheel, or so it seems. I'm gonna' try again, of course,
but may need to look for alternatives. One possibility is to pull
the flywheel off. Never done that before. I should've read
carefully all those queries about lockewashers and Locktite, etc.
Actually, I did read some of them. There are no lockwashers of any
sort on those bolts now. Don't think any would fit.

If I just pull the four big bolts, can I just re-install them and
torque to spec? Will I encounter any other difficulty other than the
sheer weight in an awkward position (as if the gearbox wasn't awkward
enough)? Would blue Locktite be "highly recommended"?

Tanks,
