spark plug types

I am currently using chapmion L87YC plugs in my 67 4A.

can anyone recommend a hotter plug, also one cylinder is getting oil on the 
plug due to valve or ring problems which i can fix right away, has anyone heard 
of or use a 'oil firing plug'.
