Early Mk I got the 306785. US engines got a 307621 from engine number
KD6915E through KD50000E. Mk IIs and GT6+s started with engine number
KD50001E and got a 308778. Very late Mk II and Mk III (don't know the
actual cut-in) got a 311399.
