Windsheild Rubber

The rubber molding that raps around the inside of my windshield keeps turning
a brown color in some areas. The rubber is fairly new and isn't kept in the
sun, or uncovered.Any suggestions as to what causes it, or how I can fix this
problem? Thanks in advance.
