Triumphants:

If the fuel pump to the block gasket repeatedly fails, or the bolts refuse
to 'hold and seal' try 3M weatherstrip adhesive.. That solved my problem on
the TR4.Make sure the block and fump surfaces are completely 'clean of any
oil residue. Brake cleaner or carn cleaner usually works to 'flush the oil
away.

Also What I thought was an oil weep from the fuel pump mount (a vertical
trail straight down by the fump) - turned out to be oil (clean) weeping from
the oil gauge line connection - runing down to the clamp 'held' by the rear
fuel pump mount bolt! Triunphs can be tricky in the mental challenge
department. Try 'wrapping the oil line or under the fuel pump with 'tissue'-
that will tell you what 'the culprit' is for sure!
