pounding cylinders from below with a hard wood block across cylinder or even
banging on lip of cylinder with wood as protectant should get those puppies
moving in the right direction
try not to damage anything ..one thing leads to another here..

Any hints or tips? Just use a bigger hammer? I'm replacing them, so it
doesn't matter if they are damaged.
