I have been offlist for months but have returned to inquire of the August body
of Triumph knowledge this list represents. I have a nice TR4 tub (thanks to
Messr.s Canaday and Price in Nebraska) presently being stripped. My bodyman
want to use base coat/clear coat (Sherwin Williams Ultra7000 series) paint. In
my search for the right color I have found many formulas in the original type
of paint but not in this modern variant. Does anyone know what the code for
BRG for a 63 TR4 would be in a base coat/clear coat paint formula?
I have been advised by someone at Peter's motor marina in California that 1990
Mazda Miata BRG is 99% on. I have seen photos of one of his cars and the color
is handsome indeed. Anyone have any recommendations?
