Again not sure who is the manufacturer? I do know my local Izuzu Dealer sells 
it as
an option. About $1000.00 US. It's claim to work is backed up by a major 
Insurance
Co. It can be purchased for Heavy equipment also. In my case, equipment that 
sits on
the ocean.
