Are you sure these are reprints, not original Lucas manuals? He hasn't
disclosed that in his ads. If he is misrepresenting his wares, then you
should inform eBay.
If you are quite sure that the manual is not what the seller has
represented, send e-mail to the high bidder and let him know. I have done
that before, with fraudulent auctions. The seller will probably be happy to
hear about it.
