I can think of at least three options:

1. A small brush and some touch up paint. You'll want this to clean
up after the alignment shop is done, anyway.

2. A strap wrench

3. Eastwood has a special tool for just this purpose - at least
they used to.

Be sure to loosen the gaiters before doing this adjustment. (The alignment
shop probably won't get that right, either, so check when you get it back.)
