Yeah, yeah I know.

I've been my own DPO for 17 years and have every
expectation of keeping the car for much longer.  I'd
never change out something that alters the overall
character of the car (non-Triumph engine,
transmission) but small touches are ok with me.  

I've got a '74 without the original paint color, the
rubber overriders are gone (ugly as sin - sorry guys),
seats from a '72 (like them much better), a roll-bar,
center console, etc.  

Jesus, I guess I DO sound like a DPO. :)
