does anyone know the torque setting for the rear axle nut on a 1972 gt6 ?
i am talking about the nut in the center of the hub
when you remove the wheel from the brake drum.
this nut is about 15/16" and does not hold the drum on.
my nuts are what i consider loose - about 20 lbs
i thought such rear axle nuts would be at least 100lbs torqued on.
